Brief History: 

I have owned this matching numbers Olive Green 1972 911 S Targa for over 20 years. I am the 4th documented owner. Originally ordered by Don Burns of Don Burns Porsche in Garden Grove California, the allotment was given to the original owner who took European Delivery. This Targa has appeared in the Porsche Panamera Family Tree commercial,. The car was driven in the commercial by ALMS Championship Driver Kelly Collins. It is in Randy Leffingwell's book, Perfection by Design and took 2nd place in the 2009 Carmel Concours. Over the years, this Targa has been accepted to the Greystone Concours, San Marino Classic, Luft at Ganahl and Luft at Universal Studios, and now Air-Water. The 2.4 MFI engine was completely rebuilt by Scotts Independent in Anaheim Ca. 2.2 S pistons were used, 221 hp on the dyno.
