Brief History:

I bought this car to share with my wife (we owned a 914/4 before we were married and I sold it to buy suits for our wedding) and capture a little of our youth. She had Stage 4 Metastatic breast cancer when I ordered the car. We took delivery at PECLA in May 2023, but my wife passed away in October 2023 having never had the opportunity to ride with me in the car.

My most unique quality is...

the black exterior door handles. They’re an often overlooked option, but they are a perfect throwback to early Porsches and they have a nice, subtle, visual impact.

My owner got me because...

he had a 914 prior to getting married, and he sold the 914 to buy suits for his groomsmen at his wedding. His wife also had terminal cancer and he wanted to re-live the mid-engine Porsche experience with her again before she was gone.
