Brief History:
A highly optioned GT3 Touring painted in Alex Grey (formerly Piet Boon Grey), one of five confirmed cars in North America in this shade. The color was invented by designer Piet Boon, for a collaboration with Porsche on a batch of 25 991.2 Targa 4S for the Dutch market. It was then added to the Paint to Sample palette for the 992 generation 911s, but is seldom noticed on the list due to its similarity to Slate Grey. The name originates from the Dutch police Targas, which were all named Alex (1, 2, 3… and so on).
