Brief History:
The 991 GT3 was introduced at the 2013 Geneve Auto Show. It had a completely redesigned power train that was no longer derived from the famed "Mezger" powerplant.
The all new 3.8 featured titanium rods, forged aluminum pistons, direct injection and dry-sump lubrication. All which lead to 475hp at 8250rpm and a 9000 rpm redline.
Front suspension track was widened and the car was lowered by 1.5" overall while increasing travel, optional front axel lift was added to help navigate road obstacles.
The rear suspension now featured rear steering which turned opposite direction at slower speeds to decrease wheel base and in concert with the front wheels at higher speeds to effectively extend the wheel base up to 20".
Optional Carbon Ceramic Brakes were sourced directly from the legendary 918.
